What Bridal Hairstyles Are Dominant In 2024?
With summer approaching, it will soon be wedding season and in churches, registry offices, hotels and some more unusual venues up and down the land, there will be lots of blushing brides walking down the aisle.
If you are among them, you will doubtless find yourself very busy planning every detail, with one of the most important being how you will look.
Getting your bridal hair
done will be one of the most crucial, as your face will appear in just about every photo of you. You may already know exactly how you want it, but if you don’t, now may be the time to consider some ideas.
You don’t have to follow the latest fashions, of course, but there appear to be lots of popular styles this year, not least buns and waves.
Before 2023 was over, the Right Hair Styles
website was predicting 15 popular styles for 2024. Among these, it suggested, would be ‘soft low buns’ and ‘Boho waves’, along with a ‘romantic high bun’, ‘unstructured mid styles’, and minimalist accessories.
If there is a running theme in his list, it would be to suggest that less is more. The styles are not too elaborate, not so complex that they could unravel, and focus on simple beauty without excessive adornment.
Since peak season is not yet here, it is too soon to be sure what may truly emerge as the most popular styles, but Hello Magazine
has been quick to spot what the celebs have been doing.
Hair stylist to the famous Lisa Marie Smith said: "The most popular hair trends have been the textured French pleat, soft glam waves and the polished sleek bun," which sounds rather like some of the others mentioned above.
Indeed, Ms Smith noted she had been especially impressed with the “gorgeous sleek bun styles worn by Sofia Richie and Sophie Habboo”. She described these as “super sophisticated whilst also being bang on trend,” as well as being suited to any weather.
It seems that if buns or waves are what you are looking for, you really will be capturing the spirit of this year’s bridal fashion.
