Weddings Are Not The Only Inspiration
Now summer is truly upon us and more guests have been allowed at weddings, the chances are you will have been able to attend one, and enjoy not just the fun and joy of the day, but admire the bride’s dress, makeup and hair.
All that may inspire those thinking of undertaking beauty courses to sign themselves up for one, while others who are going to get married themselves may start thinking about where to find bridal hair and makeup services in Essex.
Sometimes a bit of inspiration is needed. For example, here in England Ripon Cathedral
has just begun a two-month exhibition of wedding dresses worn by royals, featuring the gowns and tiaras worn by everyone from Princess Diana and Queen Victoria to Princess Grace of Monaco. It should not be forgotten, however, that the hair and makeup matter just as much as the dress.
However, there are times when inspiration can come from somewhere completely different.
For instance, there was the case in the US of Tik-Tok star Tessica Brown. In February this year she revealed that after running out of hair spray she had used Gorilla Glue in her hair. Somewhat predictably, this left her unable to alter her style at all and left her needing surgery after all other attempts to get the glue out failed.
However, the experience - which left her with hardly any hair - has inspired Tessica to launch her own line of hair care products. She told CNN: "I launched these products to help not only myself but other people like me that need help growing their hair," highlighting how “all natural” substances such as pure avocado oil, black castor and rosemary helped her get it back.
Suffice to say, messing around with superglue is probably not the best place to start, but everyone has to begin somewhere. If you take a course in bridal hair care, the only thing that should be sticking together like glue is the newlywed couples themselves.
